Hi! I'm Nickel, a certified yapper. I go by she/her and am 18+. My MBTI is ENFP.I began writing in June 2023 and consider myself a fairly new writer, so my writing style may fluctuate. I am an incredibly busy person outside of Janitorai. I might post weekly or only once a month, depending on my schedule and poor mental health. I still struggle to write quickly or consistently, so please be patient.I mainly write content for Bungo Stray Dogs, especially Dazai, as he is my current hyperfixation. Most of my content involves angst or dark topics, but I also enjoy writing fluff and smut!

Any reviews violating these guidelines will be promptly deleted. Depending on the severity of the violation, I will block your account. TOS violations will be reported.

Don't

  1. Make requests in the reviews - Put them in my request form!

  2. Tell me to do your request - I have 150+ Reviews, please be patient. I have a life outside of janitorai.

  3. Ask me to write a different POV or change the designated POV of my bots

  4. Make reviews about another creator reviewing my bots - If you want to interact with that creator, please do it on their own bots.

FAQ

"How do you make your bots?"

  • Personality: I use a mixture of listed traits for appearance and complete sentences to describe how and why the characters act the way they do. There are no internal jailbreaks in my character definitions. Please use advanced prompts when necessary.

  • Scenario: Usually straight to the point, emphasizing key details of the roleplay.

  • Introduction Message: IMHO, one of the most crucial aspects of how you want the bot to act, especially with the JLLM. I use 3rd person and do my utmost to avoid speaking for {{user}}.

  • I'm well aware many of my older bots (2023) are guilty of speaking for {{user}} in the introduction, and I apologize. I don't have the motivation to fix them at this moment.

  • Example Dialogues: I rarely touch this section as example dialogues are temporary tokens.

  • Permanent Tokens: I try to keep this between 500-1.5k as the JLLM context is small.

  • Total Tokens: I usually stay under 3k tokens.

Proxies?

On the majority of my bots, I have proxies disabled. Why?

  • Opening proxies makes my bots vulnerable to mass-scraping.

  • I have found my bots on other sites behind paywalls due to scraping. There is no way to remove them.

  • Some of my older bots from 2023 have proxies enabled to judge my comfort level with the proxy toggle.

  • Scraping has reportedly decreased due to Janitorai's implementation of Cloudflare's verification system. However, since it is still a threat, the majority of my bots will have proxies off.

  • I wish I could allow proxies on all of my bots, as there are many good models I'd love for people to try. But I don't want to deal with finding my bots on other sites.

  • Please do not ask or pressure me to enable proxies on my other bots. I will do it if I feel comfortable.

"Why am I getting an error when I try to use your bots?"

I probably blocked you.

Reasons I block users:

  • Using slurs in my reviews

  • Discussing gross/TOS-violating things you did with my bots

  • Being rude to other users or myself

  • Positively reviewing pedophilic bots

  • Making pedophilic content

  • Stealing my bots

  • I don't block often. Just don't be an asshole and we won't have a problem.

Bot Definitions

"You make canon characters, why do you close your definitions? We all know who the character is."

  • Bot definitions for canon characters have a higher likelihood of being stolen and used by others to mass-produce bots.

  • In the past, multiple creators copied my definitions word for word and used them to create their bots. They did not ask for my permission.

  • I put time and effort into interpreting characters and writing my bot definitions. I do not consent to others using my content for their bots.

  • I believe everyone is capable of creating a bot definition and should write their own.

  • If you are a new or current creator struggling with bot definitions, you are always free to DM me on Discord @hyacintheta or shoot me an ask on Zaqa.

  • I'm happy to provide help as long as it's in my power!

"Are you hiding triggering subjects in your bot definitions?"

  • No.

  • I label every trigger warning in the character bio so users know what to expect.

  • If you believe I have missed a warning, please inform me so I can investigate the matter.

"Do you have a wiki article pasted in your bot definitions?"

  • Fuck no

"Are you using the w++ format?"

  • No. I try to be token-efficient.

  • Some of my old old bots from 2023 use w++. I am in the process of updating the personalities.

"Do you have prompts in your definitions?"

  • In 2023 and 2024, I had jailbreak prompts in my bot definitions. Those have been removed.

  • None of my bots have prompts related to how the LLM should act or produce responses.

  • A few of my bots have prompts related to the omegaverse, hanahaki disease, etc. in the definitions. When we get lorebooks, I hope to create a few and remove any remaining prompts.

  • I encourage you to utilize advanced prompts tailored to your API.
